1. Open the app, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Reminders.”

2. Press the “ADD A NEW REMINDER” box at the bottom of the screen. Here you can select which reminder you wish to make for yourself.

3. Tap on the arrow of the corresponding reminder you wish to make to bring down the drop menu.

4. Select the day and set the time.

5. Remember to press “Save” to save your changes, and OK to sync the changes to your HR device when prompted.
