If you are attempting to re-pair your Vibe after previously unpairing, first check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings and check the list of connected devices. Make sure the Vibe is not already connected. If it shows connected, unpair it from your Bluetooth and trying the pairing process again from the 3Plus Elite app.
